he said it and he will repeat waterboarding is torture and that is why I put an end to the practices....info yes, but we could have got it in other ways, in ways consistent to our values..the british during ww had detainees and churchill said we do not torture because he understood shortcuts corrode the character of a country and he the one, strongly believes the steps we have taken to prohibit these practices makes us stronger and a beacon to the world.
