I pinged you to a thread for Yellow Rose of Texas a short bit ago. Hoping it went through. Using my cell to FReep can sometimes be nerve wracking to say the least.

It was not as bad as I expected . . . so far.
They are using 2 medications in the infusions. It turns out that the most effective of the 2 is very close to a medication I had a real bad reaction to a few years ago. As in 3 days in Coronary Care for observation. Thankfully that did not happen this time.
I am starting to feel some of the side effects. I have not had a headache for at least 10 years, and this one is pounding. Also my balance is a bit off, so I have my butt firmly parked in the recliner. I just might sleep here.
This is just the start of the first cycle. The next few days might be a bit rough. But I am being closely monitored through the 3 week cycle.
Last week at the Orientation session I was given a Binder filled with all the information of what was happening, what will happen, side effects, everything. During the week I added more stuff to it. Medical History, Medication Lists, stuff like that. I bring it with to all appointments. Inside the front cover, on the pocket I added a 2” x 4” label with a Psalm Pegita posted a long time ago:
Psalm 118:17-18 ~ “I shall not die, but I shall live, and recount the deeds of the Lord. The Lord has chastened me sorely, but he has not given me over to death.”
It keeps me going.
