What will become the countervailing force to fight the extra-Constitutional activities of The One?

Anyone inquiring the courts about his birth records have been deemed as not “having standing”. The legal system has been neutralized on that issue.

Barry raised an unprecedented $700M or so in campaign funds which are now unaudited, and will never be audited. So the FEC has been neutralized and money continues to flow in, possibly from unlawful sources.

No one has offered any resistance to the firing of executives of private companies. No one acted (either for or against) this particular extra-Constitutional action.

None of the bondholders of Big Auto have launched a class-action suit against the theft of their investment. The risk-takers were robbed to benefit the unions. This is directly out of the Marxist tenets of “excess labor” defined not as profit to a company but as an exploitation of labor.

No one has pushed back on the government takeover of the banks (which is now related to the theft from the auto bondholders).

The checks and balances of our Constitution have completely failed us leading to one-party rule, Marxist theories put into practice, a banana-republic aura in Washington, and complete destruction of capitalism - all in 99 days!

If Barry is NOT following “Rules for Radicals” and Marxist principles, what would it look like if a new President openly announced a conversion to Marxism as soon as he lowered his hand following the oath of office?

Since all three branches are now neutralized, it would normally be up to the “fourth estate” to bring pressure to bear in a “normal” political environment”. The “fourth estate” has been co-opted, so it is up to the vilified, and now criminalized, grass-roots conservatives to act.

The question is, who will be the new leadership (or leadership team) of the movement?

We don’t really even have a two-party system — they have merged into elements of the same, with minor differences.

[What real differences existed between McCain and Obama? What real differences existed between Bush and Obama?]

Now, much of the MSM have jumped on the Obama bandwagon.

It has become one big column marching lock-step in the same direction.
