Massive jackboot ping.
Oh Man, I’m in trouble! I have bathtub photos of all of my eight grandchildren.
First thought on the headline... “Well hell, arrest 3/4 of the country then.”
Most parents/grandparents who take those kind of photos don't "pose" them anyway. They're usually candids. What a putz.
Good find, buddy. How ya’ been? :)
I know. Imagine if the special prosecutor hadn’t shown some sanity (15 months into this poor woman’s ordeal)! She could have gone to jail...and combined with the sex offendor registries, could have been forced out of her home.
According to the article, she still doesn’t have her photos back. Everyone involved should be held personally accountable in court.
Wal-Mart Worker.
I hope she sues and gets it all ... this Liberal stuff is getting way out of hand .... it’s almost scary to do anything today ...
Hey there, my FRiend! All is well here — just trying to tamp down the daily outrage with lots of time outside in the nice weather with the kids! :)
How about you?
I hope the woman sues their *ss off. (no pun intended)
Who the Hell was he, to make that judgement? Dunno if this guy was elected or appointed but if the former, he should be dumped Big Time in the next election. If appointed, then dump the guy who appointed him.
As a grandparent, I have taken candid shots, although none were naked. How soon before ANY picture of a kid will be considered "suggestive" and "pornographic" because of the DA's twisted mindview? This is a good case of seeing nails everywhere when all you have is a hammer.
I am sure Wal-Mart has a policy for it's photo lab personal to report suspicious photos
Why blame the Wally world worker when the idiot DA was the one who brought the charges?

Pretty rotten, but we’re surviving. :)
I just called my son and told him to never send me any naked pics of my grandbabies!
I don’t want them on my computers!
I’m livid, but smart!
My gut reaction is that the prosecutor stepped over the line, but I am also aware that in the Internet age there has been numerous cases of family members using underage relatives for just what she was charged with.
It is really a hard call. And there is the cultural element. Things that were permissible and commonplace 40 years ago are no longer acceptable — and obviously vice-versa.
Here in Japan, where family baths are still common, it is not unusual for girls from toddlers up to prepubescent to accompany their fathers into the changing rooms at swimming pools. I can’t tell you what a shock it was for me the first time I was toweling off after a post-swim shower, looked down and saw a five-year-old girl staring up at me in frank curiosity. I practically crawled into the locker.
It still bothers me a bit and I tend to act very shy and dress hurriedly if after swimming I note that there are young girls in the locker room. But no Japanese thinks a thing about it.
Excellent point. This has to be unconstitutional and illegal. The DA's gut? What a load of hooey.
Pretty soon, the real estate ads will read, "great schools, good location, DA not sick and twisted."
