The press is the institution with the power to force this issue into mainstream focus. The courts themselves do not have the courage to do their job independently... and yes I mean SCOTUS. Once the courts have been given approval by the press to pursue this (presuming it happens before they are stacked with Obama appointees), we will have our OMG moment.
Here is my prediction....
It will take a national disaster... great loss of life which will turn the press against their messiah.... but make no mistake... Obama will be betrayed by one of his own.

I agree 110%. He is now treading water in a dangerous areas. he’s pissing off Wall Street, Chrysler, Health Care Industry, Banks. It’s just a matter of time until the big guys do him in.
