Is there a point to such torture?

I know for sure the Catholic Church forgives sinners. (people who happen to change their minds)

Following the examples of Christ, the Apostles and St. Paul isn't right? That's absurd. I suppose next you'll be suggesting that the Church do away with the Ten Commandments.

Only people who allow their genitals to dictate the way they live their lives consider it torture.
