That is an example of a wanton false claims, what i see on my cheerios box is pretty much common sense.

I see no issue with it, the FDA should be spending it’s time investigating bad food products from China which contain really dangerous chemicals. But instead they pick on a domestic food supplier who has an ad agency who may be a little bit over eager.
Yeah, instead of cheerios, i guess I will feed my kid some milk candies from china and hope they don’t contain melamine.
Look up the warning letters for marketing on the FDA’s FOIA page...and then research the CFR. FDA is perfectly right to enforce against General Mills in this case.
Or...you can just freshen up the tin foil...
Yeah, and perhaps you should take it up with the FDA and congress.
