Yeah - now that Pelosi and the Democrats have been documented as being briefed about the “torture”, it would be a little embarrassing at their own trial for war crimes.

The latest meme being floated for public consumption is that Bush broke the law because he failed to disclose the use of waterboarding to Democrats until six months after it was first deployed on Abu Zubaydah in Aug of 2002. Even if that doesn't fly, the Dems...at least the ones at DU...indicate that they are more than willing to throw Pelosi...and anyone else who gets in their way...under the bus to get Bush and Cheney.
