This kid could blow away a cop on US soil and only get juvenile detention until he's 25, yet we're going to make an example of this kid over trespassing on a cargo ship 8,700 miles away from the USA?
Lord help me that his defense attorney makes a convincing argument that the Obama Administration has no standing here and I find myself supporting this teenage idiot pirate.
He was a swaggering little bastard until he was caught. Now he is a bewildered teenager. Why don’t we just let the little boy go.

I said it once and I’ll say it again, let’s re-establish the laws that were in force in the 18th an 17th century and give him and any of the others caught doing this deed receive the same punishment then, a short drop and a sudden stop. And do it in the port city of Mogadishu, that way, they’ll think twice(but then again, you can’t teach old idiots new tricks......)

I covered the tent and asked my own 18 yos how old he thought this person was. He said “30”
I predict he will be acquitted, likely on some procedural technicality, and will be sent home to Somalia to a hero’s welcome with US taxpayer money in his pocket.
