North Korea released a statement in Russia just now, through the ITAR-TASS Agency (this coming from a DPRK Embassy official), that

"if North Korea is threatened or punished for today's actions, it will respond again with additional nuclear tests."

I assume that they have at most 5, have you read any recent estimate?
