Looks like I am not suppose to go to this event. ;’(
When I called the toll-free reservation number, they could not find anything for FreeRepublic or Tami.
She asked that I call again tomorrow and let her have the hotel call me. Hopefully the on-line reservation system will be working.
She was very nice and helpful but she could not find anything for us for those dates.

The Sheraton personnel have promised to correct the problem on their on line registration process. If you call again, make sure you mention “National Tea Party” and then they will know. Then say you are with the Free Republic.com group.
