That’s all just political speak for burning the constitution and writing a new one from the bench!

“Modern Context”:
Bad = Good
Up = Down
Moral equivalence.
Productivity is punished.
The nuclear family is attacked.
Innocent life ends at the bottom of a stainless steel clinical trash receptacle.
All cultures are equal.
Crime is free expression.

This is the precise reason that “secession” is discussed.

In other words, the marxists don’t care about the Constitution and neither will their appointees.
Will America finally wake up before it is too late?

Could it be Obama intends to use her to undermine the law. To a dictator, the law is a major “inconvenience”.

In other words, it should be re-written to fit a secular progressive worldview, where subjective things like “social justice” are considered supreme to the actual rule of law.

Yes, and to hell with the Constitution, right Obama???

I guess he means sorta like taking the “any person” language of the 14th Amendment and “modernize” it to mean “any non-white person”
Or perhaps to find some modern “right of privacy” that justifies the killing of the unborn.

So much for an "impartial judge." Guess legal debates are going to be a popularity contest all about who can appeal to the judge's sense of idealistic justice. Just great. She's supposedly not the top "intellect" in the pool. She's on tape as saying judges set policy (Constitutional violation), and she has had a majority of her decisions that were appealed to the SCOTUS reversed on appeal. Yes sports fans, even the liberal court we had reversed a majority of her cases that were brought to it. Great. A less than stellar intellect that goes with her feelings and regularly makes bad calls that have to be reversed. Good call obama! :-/

This day is why I was holding my nose and making calls until 8:30 on election night, to try to keep Obama out of office.
This is the rubber meeting the road.

IN OTHER WORDS....folks....is that libtards believe the Constitution is malleable. I’ve heard the analogy of it being a “living, breathing document” (they try to conjure people’s interpretation of the Bible, here)....when, in fact, they only consider the Constitution to be written by a bunch of old, dead, white guys over 200 years ago. Same goes with their opinion of the Bible (but insert Jews).
