I was paid a visit by the Secret Service today at 2:30 PM EST. They were cordial and asked questions about my motives and my basis for our actions which I happily relayed. I talked with them (they had it with them) about the Presentments and Commander Fitzpatrick's criminal complaint and they said they had been called by the autorities (whoever THEY are) in the Central District of GA. obviously related to my travels through that section of the State last week. I was told that I/we are well within our rights to take this action. This is GOOD news.., we are getting the message to the powers that be and they are aware of our efforts. Their concerns are related to what happens if the American people are summarily ignored. __________________________________________________________________ On May 23rd, 2009, the American Grand Jury showed up to indict Obama by handing down presentments. "They approached me because they were instructed to someone in U.S. Attorney's office for Georgia's Central District. I can only assume it came from U.S, Attorney Wood.
"No names were given but badges were flashed and they were who they said they were.
"When I asked their names they asked for what purpose and I clearly stated I would post them on my web site. They both refused and I could have asked them to leave at that point but chose not to and I'm glad I didn't.
"We engaged in the constitutional definition of the term Natural Born and they were woefully ill prepared for my responses.
"The Secret Service special agents cited Article II Section I and said that there was gray area concerning the definition of Natural Born Citizen.
"I quickly showed them the definition as printed in the Laws of Nations and more specifically...Thomas Jefferson's definition posted on my web site.
"They were taken aback by my firm grip on the meaning and had to change course.
"One asked me how many favorable responses I had received from the Judges and I responded none at which point he said if I had tried that many times why didn't I just give up.
"I then asked if they had taken the oath to the Constitution and they agreed they had.
"I then reminded them that we now have Domestic enemies and asked what they planned to do about it. The sound of crickets was deafening. I reminded them that I was exercising my rights under the Constitution and they agreed I have every right to do so and furthermore I can continue doing this for as long as I wish.
"Their halfhearted attempt to dissuade me went nowhere so they finally cut to the chase.
"They were called out to make sure there was not a credible threat to the [impostor] president and I assured them that what all of us are doing is the last peaceful means of redress.
'What if that doesn't happen they asked?'
"I answered not and told them this was my focus as it is with thousands of others across the country and that I am certain I/we will be successful.
"They left asking just one question.
'If someone were to tell me they intended to do the [impostor] president harm, would I report it?'
"I respond in the affirmative.
"What I took away from that meeting was that these agents didn't know the Constitution as I do and they had some soul searching to do.
"I am proud to be on their radar.
"They specifically asked me not to give out their names for fear of reprisal.
I will honor that."

IMHO, this is a very bad story.
When the Secret Service can field officers unaware and unconcerned about the qualifications for the office they protect, and answer only to the person occupying that office, any SS oath to the constitution (touched on only lightly in the story) gets pretty meaningless.
The members of the Secret Service will effectively have become a Praetorian Guard, and few Americans have any idea what that means and how dangerous it is. Any behavior that suggests that such a transition could be incubating should be setting off major alarms.
This story is hard to take seriously without names and badges. It is either true and dangerous, or it’s libelous and destructive of the agency’s legitimacy, also dangerous. Such destruction could trigger the removal of knowledgeable patriots from the service by a worried office holder who would begin installing thugs at the top who are personally loyal to the strongman.
It is the last chain of events that would leave us with a real dictator in the White House.

During the election I expressed concerns about the way things were going in my National Guard unit; I basically asked an NCO about the ‘what-if’ on the elected-but-not-inaugurated Obama bringing about (as a worst-case scenario) a Nazi-like state and about our oath to protect and defend the Constitution. ...The NCO basically belittled me for thinking about the non-existent worst-case as not matching reality. It’s almost like some people utterly FAIL to consider that words have meaning, and oaths moreso, that transcends this particular moment-in-time.
I have sense adjusted my approach. I now ask the question: “At what point does the oath to protect and defend the Constitution (not the Congress, not the USSC, not the President or governor or any other single person) kick in?”
I don’t get an answer. {I’m a lower-enlisted; that there is no ready answer to the Army’s basic function and sworn duty is, IMO, a shameful indictment of the leadership therein.}
