In initial reviews of Sotomayor’s court record, a trend emerges: many of her questionable court decisions have been made per curiam, or, as part of an unsigned decision made by a group of judges, while the decisions she signs her name to are relatively unremarkable.

When You are incompetent, unqualified, and completely inept , keep your head down and hope no one notices.

Then rely on George Soros and Billy Ayers to to propell you forward, until you are completley in over your head

Everyone expected Chief Justice Warren to be a conservative because he had been the Republican Governor of California. They expected Souter to be conservative, Lord knows why... wouldn’t it be marvelous if Sotomayor was just the opposite and got on court as a liberal and turned out to be CONSERVATIVE?
You you can waterboard me now to bring me back to reality. But it would be lovely to see that shoe on the other foot for once in a lifetime.

The judicial equivalent of voting “present”, perhaps?

Sotomayor is clearly NOT qualified for the Federal Bench, in any capacity.

Very much, especially when, in Illinois, a "present" vote was the equivalent of a "no" vote.

Equally important, it looks tome like this shows she has a definite lack of self-confidence in the quality of her own reasoning and writing. Appellate judges who are good legal scholars usually glory in writing opinions to show off their erudition, something she is obviously very much reluctant to do, especially as shown in the New Haven discrimination case.

She also held that the Second Amendment is inapplicable to states. According to her, if a state denies the right of its constituents to own guns, as is guaranteed by the Constitution, the Supreme Court cannot overturn that decision. Sotomayor is one of only three judges in America to hold this opinion

Oh, there are a LOT more than three.
