SNIPPET: “North Korea has test-fired a short-range missile off its east coast, reports say.
The launch would be the sixth short-range missile North Korea has test-fired since its nuclear test on Monday.
It also said it will take further “self-defense” measures if provoked by the U.N. Security Council, which is discussing how to punish the regime for its nuclear test.”
