“the “keyboard preachers” need to think a little bit more.”

Aha! This guy knocks off the abortionist and sets back the pro-life movement, and yet it’s the keyboard preachers that should be pausing more...hmmmmmmm. You are correct, we don’t yet know his exact motive, and the for instance you give is an interesting one - but after about 5 prior versions of this across the 1990s, I think we may have a pretty good educated guess at this.
Oh no, I’m siding with the guy who murdered the murderer needed to really think that through a little more - to prevent more Tiller’s from taking his place.
Terrorism will never work, unless you think death is an end.
There’s no question that this vigilante’s actions will have far-reaching consequences.
My reply was intended to address the limited scope of the emotional factors that could have been involved in this man’s actions.
Isn’t it easy to say what so-&-so should have done, instead of what he did? For instance, if I were a guy that had a dear friend or relative who was harmed or killed by an abortionist, I’d like to think that I could show the kind of restraint that you have advocated. However, I also know that I am only human.
Perhaps someone with “empathy”, such as Sonia Sotomayor, or the WH resident, could take a “compassionate” interest in Mr. Roeder’s case. I won’t hold my breath.
