Small towns like this best jump on it hard and fast or they will become the Bloods and Crips. The police best get their acts together, or replace them.

You are so right RC. I live not too far, not nearly far enough, from Trenton NJ, Philly, Camden NJ and ALL of them are having major Bloods/Crips gang problems. Most of all Trenton where it seems not a single day goes by without a gang-related bit of horrific violence is seen. And it's been seeping into the surrounding 'burbs. There were two gang-related hits in the past six months here. F'ing thug gang-bangers.

Small towns are vulnerable to this scourge.
