Very likely. I was in China last week and it is evident. China fears (rather, worries about) islam and sees alternatives as a counterbalance. China/Israel will have no use for the United States if this relationship is formalized.
A China-Israel alliance would be a disaster for the United States. But then again, what's one more disaster from Obama? Americans will look back on this time in our history and just shake their heads in disgust.
