Bad law is still bad law.

Centuries of state law have protected and preserved the right to keep and bear arms. Replacing that with regulation by the federal judiciary would be "bad law."

Of course...

Because an individual only has rights under the federal government. Not the state. So the state should/is free to make whatever law is deemed fit.

Right?
