Carradine and Chuck Norris declined to use stuntmen in their final fight scene in 1983’s Lone Wolf McQuade.
Norris didn’t need a stuntman.
But, according to Norris and choreographers on the set, Carradine could have used one.
Norris once said that Carradine was repeatedly unable to hit his marks and was delivering sloppy kicks that would have connected. IIRC, his remarks showed that Norris had little regard for Carradine’s ability or professionalism.
