Thanks for the gang land analogy, I have used that myself to explain how I feel.

When there are big gang wars, the cops often comment about “self-cleaning ovens” -—

They still arrest the shooters that they can catch, of course.

With people like Tiller, I never had an ounce of “Give-A-Damn” to run out of anyway. A damn wealthy killer with cover from the politicians of his state. His final resting place is between himself and God. I am grateful that such a matter is not mine to decide frankly, but his temporal role and actions are such that I am not afraid to say that he is no loss to humanity.
