In all reality, he is supposed to be very charming and quite intelligent. He is also supposed to have a good sense of humor. I would certainly like to meet him more than The One, but only if they were my only choices.
bill does seem to be a “room worker” and charmer. i just wouldn’t let him near my daughters.
his brother said that he (bill) had a nose like a “hoover”.
