That sounds like a legitimate apology. BS!!! He is making bad excuses. Saying that Bristol being raped is any better? It was also Willow attending the game, not Bristol. Furthermore he still called Palin a racist slut. Also no mention of him essentially calling Willow Eliot Spitzer's whore. He did NOT apologize. No one is helped by this.

Honestly, I think they writers assumed Sarah was there with Bristol, who unfortunately has had too much sexual publicity already.
When I heard Sarah was there with her daughter, I thought Bristol, myself.
That said, just because someone is considered an adult child of a celebrity does not mean crass things should be said concerning them.
