From what I see here, seems like an apology - quite a suprise coming so quickly.
If indeed that’s what it is, would it be politically astute of Palin to accept and “mend fences?”

"If indeed thats what it is, would it be politically astute of Palin to accept and mend fences?"Only if it's Todd to accept and go "mend fences" with the perv.
That, I would PAY to see.

What are you talking about? It’s neither an apology nor an admission of anything! He even backhandedly continues to attack Willow. And joking about Bristol being raped is an “apology”? WTH? Also no reference to calling Palin a racist slut and Willow Eliot Spitzers whore!
Why are some so adamant about defending Lettercreep?

He lies about his intention and you think that's an apology? Bristol was NOT at the game, it was the 14yr. old Willow, who was with her mother at the game. So, of course he was talking about the 14yr old child being “knocked up” by ARod.
I don't fall for these leftist lies. They run off at the mouth and then lie their way out of it without any repercussions.

NO, that was not an apology, not at all. It was a “I'm so sorry you all misunderstood what I meant to say”, then his clarification was no better.

No. even if it was an apology (which any child could tell it was not), it would not be good to "mend fences." Mending fences, making peace, is not always good. Sometimes, it serves evil, as it would in this case, because it would not acknowledge the deliberate malice of the slander, and the intent to harm the innocent.
Letterman needs to be fired. Period. Anything less is groveling to evil.
