Boxer never earned the title of ‘ma’am, so Brigadier General Michael Walsh, was actually being overly polite.

LOL. right on the money.

Why is it libs simply don't know how to be gracious and display a little class?

Another thought. What does it say about a person that believes themselves so superior that common courtesy is beneath them?

People who believe they are superior to others don't belong in politics. Actually, they don't fit in anywhere. When it comes to addressing people, myself included, it is the intent, and not the manner of address. Sometimes, I am called by my first name, full name, Mrs., Ms., Miss, or Ma'am. Clients also have called me Mom or Sister. Who cares, so long as they are respectful in their dialogue? I would have liked to see Brigadier General Michael Walsh, finish his discussion with her, using the word, Senator, but giving her a high class whomping!
