You can’t ignore that he’s sold more records than anyone else. That’s an objective fact. You may be a snob who holds himself above the public taste but I think that says more about you than about MJ’s music. I think his music rates highly. Only time can tell but I generally think that people will still listen to Jackson’s music for a long time to come because they are good songs that people can relate to.

Name some of his songs that people, other than you, will listen to for a long time.

That's incorrect. Both Elvis and the Beatles sold more. Actually, I think Bing Crosby may have sold more too.

MJ's Thriller was the biggest selling album of all time though. It can be found at any garage sale or thrift store nowadays.

I wonder how many mp3s he's sold. Be interesting to see if anyone actually STILL listens to Thriller. That time period was a time of awful plastic garbage music, and MJ was the king of the heap.

lol...where'd you get that "objective fact," from Al Sharpton?

Here are the facts, Jack. The Beatles and Elvis have sold the most records worldwide (over 1 billion each). Michael Jackson comes in 3rd at 750 million. And in the U.S. Whacko Jacko comes in 17th at 62 million sales, over 100 million records behind the 1st place Beatles.
