One of the biggest marijuana grows in Western Washington has been found in Pacific County.
Drug investigators from two counties say they found 20,000 pot plants growing by a campsite with irrigation equipment and firearms. They add that a 48-year-old man carrying a loaded 10 mm handgun was arrested and others fled into the woods about 10 miles southeast of South Bend.
Seems like there should be a lot more of them out there somewhere.

I am quite familiar with the 10mm.....first introduced as a wildcat in the Bren Ten and popularized by Sonny Crockett in Miami Vice.
Colt introducted a 1911 model, the Delta Elite, chambered in 10mm. A friend of mine has one and it is a great shooter.
The complaints about recoil are similar to those found with .45 ACP.......you must practice and get accustomed to the recoil if you want to carry something with decent power.
The .40 has been widely adopted, but it supplants the 9mm as a superior round, while not equalling the performace of the warhorse .45
Nice! They have probably eliminated .000000001% of the worlds supply in one fell swoop. I feel safer. Think I’ll stop on the way home and get a pint of whiskey for the corner store to celebrate. LOL!

Sionnsar, many of my posts are over the top and will no doubt continue to be, they may be in poor style, but it is my style. However, YOU are the recipient of one that has bothered me, especially when I learned that I was wrong in my thinking. I apologize.
