The court did not grant Franken’s request to take effect immediately and stopped short of ordering the guv to sign the certificate.

Coleman has 10 days to decide his next step.
Sounds like he’s conceded.

After his bang-up job heading up the Oil-for-Food scandal Senate investigation and his subsequent No vote on drilling ANWR...

Bush’s Fault? Hardly. ;-)

Something is seriously wrong if it takes eight months to resolve an election.

Maybe Coleman will be the other RINO to think about running for guv(the other RINO being former Congresscritter Jim Ramstad)

I am thankful Bachman is my C-critter, but not enough to want to stay here in MN.

“Obambi has billions of dollars of “walking around money” stashed in the bailouts, stimuli, cap and tax, and health care bills. He’ll keep enough of them happy enough to vote for him, or any Democrat, and he’ll use his Acorn army to suppress, or simply “lose” the votes of the patriots.”

Correct-That is how it is done in Cook County Illinois. I can only hope that there are better people out there and that Cook County style government cannot be imposed nationwide.

I hear you brother. I can’t figure out who the supreme court of florida could have gotten it so right in 2000, and the supreme court in MN is getting it so wrong in 2009.

I guess it just goes to show its only fair and just when republicans are in control

Really? While I agree that ACORN probably got every black voter in Minnesota to vote for Franken, all 10 of them, I don't believe it quite has the power you claim! The election was about the performance of one George W. Bush's 8 years in office and it had unfortunate results for Norm Coleman as well as John McCain and Sarah Palin. That was a fact and nothing more than that is fact!

The fact that Obambi, with the help of Tass/America, was able to fool enough voters to pull the lever for him is evidence of the massive ignorance of the average American voter. Add to that the fraudulent votes supplied by Acorn, either directly or via the count/recount process, and you now have a machine in place that will guarantee Democrat victories.

When you have <50% of Americans receiving gubmint goodies, and not having to pay taxes or even work, you have a ready made voting block that can be manipulated into doing whatever Obambi, or his handlers, want. Either because of the "hope" of getting more, or because of the fear of losing what they already have.

The only way anyone else has even a chance is if the MSM turns on the Democrats. I don't see that happening, do you?? If Ronald Reagan were to run for President today, he would be endlessly demonized, and his every word would be twisted and misquoted to the point that he would appear to be Hitler reincarnated to the ignorant masses.

Everything bad about Obambi was known before the election and it didn’t matter. There are no surprises in what he has done so far. The only surprise is the willing acquiescence of the lemmings that populate the vast majority of this once great country.

The land of the free and home of the brave has been transformed into the land of the freebie and home of the slave.

Well surprise surprise.

The republicans have no desire to stop blatant voter fraud.

Either the ACORN/Chicago style or the illegal insurgent criminal invader alien colonists type

It's obvious that the people can't elect candidates anymore with fair and honest elections, only crooked organizations and leftists control the outcomes.

It's time to invoke the Constitution.

We are fighting King George all over again, only the oppression is worse this time.

We think Iran looked bad, the same thing is happening here only in an earlier stage.

Thank you Minnesota. Job well done.

It's not just Minnesota whose collective stupidity elected a buffoon like Franken. The dumb ass voters of America voted in a socialist-fascist-commie pig like 0booooooombashiite the usurper-in-chief, primarily as a result of the ineptitude of GW Bush through his unbelieveable tin-headedness & gross bumbling incompetence. GW Bush laid waste to the Republican Party, and more importantly to America. I lay the blame squarely at GW Bush for screwing us so badly, to set up the 2006 & 2008 election debacles. As much as I hate & despise 0boooooombashiite, I wish that GW Bush would have had 5% of the balls & chutzpah of 0booooooombashiite. We wouldn't be in this mess today if GW Bush had actually governed like a president instead of letting the demoRATS & media pound him for 8 solid years with barely a peep. He rolled over & took it like a whipped beaten puppy.

What an ass!!!
Take any pick or all 3 of the names above!!!
