I can’t figure out who the supreme court of florida could have gotten it so right in 2000, and the supreme court in MN is getting it so wrong in 2009.

The FSSC actually was in favor of recounting until Gore was elected. It was the USSC that stepped in and ended it.

“The worse it gets, the larger the number of people who are truly angry. I am rather pleased that this administration continues to work to destroy our country, because only massive pain on a personal level will wake up the sheeple.”

I have been thinking the same since the election. As long as the MSM presents Obama the Messiah to people, nothing will change. When his policies start to personally affect enough people-—change will come.

Obambi is directly responsible for the loss of 38,000 union jobs in the last four months (auto plant closings and the cancelling of military contracts), and yet they are wholly on board because some of them were paid off in free Chrysler and GM stock.

It is the height of ignorance to continuously vote for the people who take your job away or deliberately give your children a sub-standard education, but that’s what the dedicated democrat constituency continually does. They think that they don’t have to worry about the reams of new taxes and regulations because they believe that they will be exempted. When they find out the contrary, they will simply chalk it up to the fact that the gubmint just doesn’t have enough power to give them what they want right now, and, if they keep voting for the Democrats, they will get their “pot o’ gold”.

It will never get “bad enough” for a member of the dedicated democrat constituency to even consider voting for something else. They have no minds of their own, and are easily manipulated. It is unfortunate for the rest of us. It’s time to turn over Communist Amerika to them and coalesce around a core of patriotic states to reestablish the original America. Let them eat each other in their futile efforts to continue to promise and attempt to deliver the freebies their dedicated constituency demands.

Major question, what is rock bottom and without power, no guns, no laws, no Constitution, how do you expect the bottom to be rock and not a tar pit? Do you seriously expect us to recover without starting NOW?

Take advantage of the labor pains. Don’t have the baby in the car. There was a thread that quoted Adams having said our first Revolution started 15 years before 1776. If we started in January, we are only making the list of what to put in the nursery.

I'm REALLY having a hard time seeing what is GOOD about having a 'RAT super majority in the Senate, a Pelosi-led House and a Marxist in the White House.

I didn't completely realize just how screwed we are overall, how far into the abyss we have fallen until just now.

It is a pathetic situation.

But on the up side, the Democrats own this recession, lock, stock and barrel. They also own the fault if this country gets attacked and everything else between now and 2010.

We need to get down, if necessary, to 30 Senators (or 25 or whatever the number is)

You tell em larry. Maybe we need to get down to 5 or 6 for a real conservative resurgence to take place.
