I've never been to Minnesota, but it now has the distinction of electing Jesse ‘the body’ Ventura as its governor, Al Franken as its senator, and is the only state that chose Walter Mondale over Ronald Reagan for president. A permanent stain.

I am rather pleased that this administration continues to work to destroy our country, because only massive pain on a personal level will wake up the sheeple. I am far from pleased. The dems are entrenching massive legislation that will not be undone. It rarely is. As the beneficiaries of socialism increases as a percentage of the population there will not be an increasing acceptance and need for these government benefits as part of their lives. This country is so big and resilent that it will plod on and absorb Obama's best efforts to destroy it. Granted it will be massively slowed down compared to what it should have been but America will survive this nnonsense nonetheless not because of government but even in spite of government. So I would not hold my breath for the country to collapse and for everyone to then point fingers at Obama.
