To be honest, I'm ready to fly a black flag, with skull and bones under that.
Get a front door mat that says, "Not welcome, go away".

I’m a war vet - then so shall it be...
Flying it up-side-down...
Of course it should be until the current president is thrown out for treason!

That’s the symbol of surrender ... I’d rather put up lots of flags with Don’t Tread On Me and old Revolutionary War flags. Flying the flag upside down to me is you’re giving into those very people who want to take over our way of life ....

I wonder if it's possible to buy an American flag with 13 stars.
That would seem appropriate. Back to basics.

Displaying the American flag upside down, however, is considered by some to be disrespectful. It would make Obama smile knowing that he is having a profound effect on our honor as a nation.

I feel bad for the vets after they have given so much and have to watch a government turn into a Communist dictatorship.

Will not fly my flag upside down.

Thats the symbol of surrender ... Where'd you hear that? A white flag, of course, is surrender. I thought an upside down flag was a duress symbol. Isn't there some war story, true or not, where an upside down flag was used to signal for help or backup in a prisoner or hostage situation? Kind of fits the whole country now. But there's no outside force available to help. We're hostage to fools of our own making.

Not exactly what they fought for, is it? I feel even worse for the brave souls in Iraq and Afghanistan. I don’t think what Obozo is going to do to this country is anywhere close to what these men and women are fighting for.

I’m thinking seriously of flying my Gadsden flag on the 4th.
I should have replaced my very faded U. S. flag earlier this year, but I’ve been lazy.
So, I might cut it off the 2-piece pole and fly the Gadsden instead.

The upside down flag distress signal was used by the british with the union jack. To the untrained eye of the enemy they can not tell the difference so it would not look unusual but to a fellow brit he would know something was askew. This was used at sea.
