My dad, an Army Vet, will not fly his upside down either. He does have a large black bow ribbon on the top of the staff however.

We fly the Flag and the MIA/POW flag every day at our place ... it’s nice to see others around town doing the same as well as their service flags ... nice picture ....

My flag came down on June 12, 2008.

It now flies only on Memorial Day (half-staff until noon, full staff until sunset), Sept. 11th (half-staff all day) and Nov.11th (full staff all day).

Honestly I wish that the American public would run an “Operation Out on your Ass” to this administration RIGHT NOW. This evil, wicked, treasonour Fraud is dismanteling America right under everyone’s noses. And he’s doing it fast. I don’t see How it will ever be repaired if it isn’t stopped soon.
