She deserves peace, God knows. But I let’s hope she’s running for something else. If she ran in 2010 for the House and got it, she’d have the DC-time she needs for bama-bashing. Or she could go into other public service including energy-lobbying and U. S. troops support. Heck, her speaking fees alone would keep the family in snow-gear.

Getting ready to run for presidency. After Obama screws everything up, the rats will be done in 2012.

I'm betting this is to make a national move. If there was some kind of scandal we would already know about it because the left would be running each other over to be the first to report it.

She cant get on a plane without the ahole libs filing ethics charges against her, costing her family, personally, thousands in legal fees. I guess she just didn't have the stones for it after all.
To: BooBoo1000
She is Michael Jackson’s mystery woman. Sorry all, couldn’t resist.

Harry Truman said, "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen." Sarah is getting out of the kitchen.Neither Truman nor any other politician had to face the slander and attacks Palin did.

Wonder if Barry found some damning dirt on her. All the potential 2012 candidates for the GOP have been dropping like flies lately. Chicago thug politics at work.

Sounds like from the Todd Palin comments Palin is running for higher office or participating on a national level in some way.

Totally bizarre-I wouldn’t have been surprised if she had announced she wasn’t going to run again next year, but to quit now and not even finish her term? I repeat, totally bizarre.

No scandal.
She's fully in the 2012 Presidential race.
To: WildWeasel
In my opinion, she just went way up in my book. It shows integrity to step down from a job (governor) while running for higher office, which is what I'm betting is going on here. It irritates the crap out of me when paid politicians run for higher office while being paid to do another job. Good on her!
To: lewisglad
Anyone that underestimates this lady, was never really behind her anyway.

Picture this: BO’s unfavorable poll numbers increasing as the economy continues cratering. Sarah launches her campaign for president this fall, drawing magnificent, boisterous crowds of conservatives who needed just this dose of encouragement and real hope. I like it!!!

Shes running away to Argentina with Mark Sanford. Now that's funny right there, I don't care who you are.

So the official announcement was made that she is resigning, but no reason was given? How long before we find out why?
To: SolidWood
Bwhahaha.
This is politics man. This is just the tip of the iceberg of what she’ll have to face.
To me this shows the lack of leadership she has
