Where does the Pope condemn any of these things in his encyclical above?

not condemn them to perpetual poverty through outdated, collectivist fallacies.

What is described in this encyclical is not collectivist communism so much as distributism. There is a big difference. Look it up.

I never claimed he condemned them, but by advocating a sytem that is effectively in direct opposition, I would think that just about anyone could make the logical extrapolation.

LOL. I imagine that 'big difference' exists only in whatever economic theory book you would refer me to...in practice there's little difference, it's called the 20th Century. Look it up.
