Music can have a great effect on developing children in the womb.

1) Obama says that whether this is a child or not is a question that is above his paygrade.

2) Since it is above his paygrade, he'd rather not play it safe and allow the child, even AFTER it survives an abortion, to die.

3) Most Americans voted for him and a lot of them voted for him KNOWING that he supports this policy.
