It is unreasonable to expect a single ruling from a lower court to somehow overturn all the above...even if he is found out.

No my friend. None of the republic ‘conceding’, none of the votes for him, no law, no nothing validates him as POTUS IF HE WERE NEVER ELIGIBLE TO RUN FOR ANY OFFICE TO BEGIN WITH.
I’m not screaming - just emphasizing. None of the validations or consessions are legitimate if HE was never eligible to BEGIN WITH! All occurences or events are invalid surrounding him before they occur if he was not eligible from the get go.
If you want to be blunt - if Oboy is found to be ineligible for POTUS let alone a US Senator......none of us should have ever called him “President”. He is not and will never be called “President” by me until he proves with several individual pieces of documentation that he was eligible to run for the office.
The Republic may have allowed it but the people can still challenge it. Roberts shaking his hand does not mean a thing. Until a case is heard before the courts it is not proven. All the courts have done so far is to stall and declare everyone without standing.
The congress and the states that did not verify are the ones who have dropped the ball.

Accordingly we do not want any judicial power to attempt to remove him from office. We want discovery of the documents so that we might present them to the appropriate congressional authority to have him removed from office through the impeachment process.
If Congress will not do its duty after being shown by a preponderance of the evidence (this is a political/ civil matter after all) or beyond a reasonable doubt, then we will know what to do next.

Him being found out would be a start and better than nothing. Some court affirming the constitution does matter, would be better than nothing. Letting the American people see just how corrupt their leaders in both parties are, would be a start. Just letting people know the undeniable truth that the leaders they elected have no loyality to the constitution would be a start for a new political system with new parties who are loyal to the rule of law and to the constitution’s freedom.
They might just put two and two together as they watch Dear Leader and his minions in the Congress do this fascist thing: with taking over private industry, shaking down the treasury, overturning the first amendment with “hate speech” conditions and ending talk radio, turning economic regulation and planning over to the IMF and do in the second amendment through tax and regulation schemes, etc.
Any decision to remove him would have to be made via Congress impeaching and convicting him. Let’s force that decision on them and make them show the world that they are not defenders of the Constitution.
