The climatic window seems pretty small. It’s unclear how these folks are making that determination. Israel isn’t known for leaking information unless it’s part of a grander design.

I read the article (very interesting, BTW), but it doesn’t explain *why* the only windows are July 21-24 and August 6-8. Sure, the author cites “political, geopolitical, military preparedness, and climatic conditions” for such windows, but doesn’t give a clue why the attack couldn’t be launched, say, in mid-August instead.
