I used to get ticketed at college all the time. I didn’t like it. What a racket! They don’t have nearly enough housing to cover all there students, and they don’t build any parking structures. They can spend God-knows how much on Native American conversation rooms and diversity sculptures, but not a cent to get there students to the classroom.
Of course, despite all that, I always paid.
“there” = their. I hardly ever make that mistake. Sorry.
I had so many tickets in Beantown, I’m sure it totaled a semester of tuition! But they were all paid in a timely fashion.
To bahd you missed all your english classes while you’re their.
Me too, they created an impossible parking situation, then harvested the cream. Typical of cities everywhere. Make a mockery of the criminal justice system. Course none of that could work if they couldn’t find people willing to put the tickets on the cars.
I used to pay them... With trash bags full of pennies!
At college I used to park on the side lawn of the old house that me and a few other people rented. The landlord would stand with his hands on his hips, looking at my ‘65 Chevelle but he never said anything.
