I wonder that if it turns out that Obama is not qualified to be president, then perhaps the Democratic Party can be held responsible (or a partner in the crime), on the basis that by running him as a candidate they are certifying his credentials. This may then lead to cost penalties to those damaged and/or disfranchising the Democrats as a political party.
Of course,they will deny he is not a natural born citizen, so it should be no problem (not) to write a law to this effect for all Parties.
I also believe this push on Lou Dobbs is a game plan to stop the Republicans from pursuing this.
Could those who were effected by this fraud of election file a civil class action law suit against the Democratic party if he is indeed found ineligible ? ....
