Hawaii's vital records office is alleged to have issued birth records at the request of American parents whose children were born while outside of the country. I've never seen that allegation debunked, and until it is I consider the possibility that Obama has a "problematic" birth record to be quite strong.

Do these-foreign born persons have COLB’s that declare their place of birth to be Hawaii? Doesn’t pass the sniff test. I keep reading this allegation but such persons are never brought forward. If you could, it would really impeach Obama’s COLB (and every other Hawaiian COLB). Still waiting......
