Furthermore, as you know, the Constitution requires Natural Born...NOT Native born. NBC is what needs a clear agreement here (by the judiciary). Otherwise, what we have are 250+ years of statements and writings that state born in country to 2 citizen parents.

There is no case law on the subject and Obama is the 7th president with at least one foreign born parent. There is no requirement in the law that a foreign born parent become a US citizen in order for the child to qualify as Native Born.
The only issue is was Barack Hussein Obama II born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 at 7:24 P.M. If he was, he’s Native Born, if he wasn’t then someone is going to have to prove that he wasn’t in a court of law.
