I was in the car by myself. I had about 100
small cuts on my right arm from the shattered
windshield, but it healed fast and no problems there.

But a few days after the accident I started having
neck pain.

Pain in my back, neck and hands since then.

Insurance company sent me a check for $150 for
“full settlement of all claims” a few days after
the accident. (Pretty cute trick, huh?). My lawyer
had me send the check back marked “Void”.

My doctor’s workin’ on me and my lawyer’s workin’
on the insurance company. :)

I just hope when it’s settled and done, that the
neck, back and hands are not a long-term problem
for me, ya know? :(

How insulting. I would have sent that back with a note telling them exactly where to put it.

Be sure and see your dentist too, I was rearended years ago
and since then my teeth haven’t fit together right.
too late for the insurance too.
