America's Independent Party ^ | July 28, 2009 | Staff

During the 2008 presidential race, America's Independent Party leaders warned against the notion that somehow John McCain represented any sort of real alternative to Barack Obama.

The proof of that assertion continues to mount.

Even on matters that affect the very physical survival of our nation, the Senator from Arizona sets no bounds on compromise.

“As dangerous and painful as obama is at least we should see a pub congress in 2010.”

I am thoroughly convinced the American public has been sold out and down the river. (see:healthcare,Cap and trade) We have become a second class nation because of these politicians/azzclowns. I feel it is an attemt to bankrupt the Country and create a new currency for a New World Order. I see NO other reason than to think something else.

Some Senator. We just call him “Judas” for short.

His other nickname is "Benedict".

I wouldn’t argue with that. McCain did play the role of a spoiler. I don’t think anyone could successfully argue otherwise.

In that one thing, Obama and I agree. I don’t either.

Just get him the hell out of the Republican party.

As dangerous and painful as obama is at least we should see a pub congress in 2010.

Given their performance in the Sotomayor nomination and other brilliant legislative acts of impotence... what difference will that make?

I think John McCain was possibly the most relieved man in the country the morning after the election.

He certainly ran his campaign as if he had no intention of winning.

The way he is acting, McCain would have made a better VP for Obama than Biden. He is hopeless anymore. I loved this man for his courage and what he did for our country. I never thought, in the past several years, he could be counted on to be conservative. I was disappointed in his campaign. But I fear he has lost his mind and is just drifting now and hoping not to argue with any member of the Democrat party so he goes out with little disapproval from his Rat friends.

Bingo. Either his heart wasn’t in it or he was playing a part. Either way, he did this country no favors. Put him in the catagory of john glenn. Once a hero, then a zero.

It’s apparent McCain doesn’t know the true meaning of leadership. In Politics as in war one leads to win. There is no winning in politics and war by giving anything short of all Hell.

We are in a political war for our lives, our existence right now, and there’s McCain giving.

Sarah Palin is in the Senate too? When did this happen?

The presidential election is history. Palin is her own person now. Just because she was McCain's running mate doesn't make her less conservative.
