Sorry...couldn't help myself.
Good on this homeowner...he used his own 911 and did so appropriately in defense of his family and home.
“But my son was such a good boy....he would never do that...he just got out of jail and was turning his life around....he’s just another black man being railroaded.....”
He has got to be insane to a legal standard. Who would break into a house in Kentucky? Must not have been in eastern Kentucky. The body just wouldn’t have been found.
Prolly a McCrackhead.
It is the tradition that a Kentuckian never runs. He does not have to...he is not obligated to retreat, nor to consider whether he can safely retreat, but is entitled to stand his ground, and meet any (life-threatening) attack made upon him with a deadly weapon... Kentucky Court of Appeals. Gibson v. Commonwealth, 34 SW 936 (Ky. 1931)
Phil McCracken strikes again
Kentucky still supports it’s citizens in the exercise of 2nd amendment rights. Concealed carry requires only a license after completion of a one day course of study and that license SHALL be issued to all who pass the background check. The right to defend one’s life with deadly force is clearly defined and favors the potential VICTIM, not the thug, as in Kalifornia, Mass, etc.
Just what part of the anatomy is Mccracken?
