Yes; and a few ‘ya’s’ not bad; but they blunt/round her intent; when delivering a blow. The impace is muted/softened by a ‘ya’ whether before - or after - she lands it. Open vowels do that.

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t give a flying cr@p about open vowels. The message, delivered with honest passion, is the thing.
