When I pointed out 'the mere possibility' of this with a blank copy Kenyan Birth Certificate posted. People were angered.

They will say this one is real...

I wish 0bama would disclose his records and I don't trust him at all but enough is enough. I think the online version 0bama put on his website, is indeed a hoax (the blogger admitted) I think 0bama is protected by the media and won't release his college records, he obviously has an ALIAS of Barry Soetoro; the press won't talk about nor report this.

BUT ENOUGH ALREADY about the BC! 0bama has already used the Alinsky rules and deflected this to makew us all look like (what CNN calls) right wing wing nut-birthers.

So, Mr. Robinson please start a thread and post 0bama's real birth certificate

But this: David Mwangi, the head administrator for the hospital (Coast General. Mombasa) has been deluged with requests for information. Unlike the Kenyan government's clampdown on info, he is allegedly not so constrained. Are we then to believe him when he tells us that, in response to the deluge, he (presumably his staff) went through the entire year of 1961 BY HAND (they don't have computerised records for 1961) and found nothing.

Consider this: the institution is now called "Coast Hospice" -- slightly different mission than before.

Also, a birth CERTFICATE would be easier to lose than a birth REGISTER. (or easier for Rahmbo to lose it for them). It is a single piece of paper stored in a file box someplace, unless it was reduced to a spool of microfilm (in which case, it would be sequentially placed in the midst of other certificates).

So the lack of a birth certificate at a hospital wouldn't bother me as much as the lack of a birth REGISTER maintained by the government.

The term "President elect" is not a legal term until such a time that the Congress authenticates the results of the electoral college votes. Your twelth Amendmenment "qualification" has already taken place when the Twentieth amendment "qualification" kicks in.

In addition, there are no electoral college votes involving whomever the Congress declares "who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified". Since Congress is empowered to select an interim President, the electoral college votes may or may not come into play, thus, there is a different sort of "qualification" required here.

"not declared" by whom???? The Kenyans declared themselves the Republic of Kenya in December 1963 in their Constitution which was adopted then, and would have been reflected in subsequent dealings.

The British were the ones who did not recognize [declare] Kenya an independent republic until 1964 -- but so what??? The Brits after 1963 were not in charge of Kenya's paperwork -- the Republic of Kenya was.

Actually, as I found out last night, the 1963 constitution does NOT use the word “republic.”

However, it’s becoming apparent through other sources that the term “republic” was widely used to describe Kenya prior to the Dec. ‘64 date. They called themselves that during the transition.
