This is the one I copied this morning from the same address. It has a torn out piece on the top, deckled edges and isn't bright white. The new one has obviously been copied and retouched. Why go to all the bother to clean it up?

Interesting that your copy here has a rip in it....the one I have seen doesn’t.

This was an attempt by a FReeper to make the document more readable with Photoshop. It is nothing more than a manipulation of the other picture on the red tablecloth.

Delete the copy with the black background. Salamander made that copy for another user on the main thread to make it easier to read. It is not ripped, he admittedly just isn’t very good with photoshop. There is nothing to this picture.

Nothing nefarious. Probably to brighten and make it easier to read, send, or fax so as not to cause damage to the original document. I would sure like to have a REAL forensic analysis of the paper and whatever old prints might be on this thing. It is a copy of he same document. The one you just posted is even more startling. It does look as though someone had this put away for a very, very long time.
I posted on an older thread a long time ago that whoever had this thing would release it if obama got too far out of line or lost his usefulness.
The other day, I said he had missed an important deadline.
My money is still on bill clinton. If that sounds crazy, so be it.

They didn’t really clean it up. They just made a photo copy of it.

Has salamander responded to you? This version is one he made from the original with the fabric background. The notch in the upper right fold was an artifact of his selection sensitivity level. It's otherwise exactly the same as the other one.

OH lord, that was done by a Freeper when the story first broke to help makes the document clearer. It was admitted and apologized for at the full thread for the topic.
