A trio of Nevada Supreme Court justices is considering whether to let O.J. Simpson and a former golfing buddy out of prison while the full court reviews their convictions for a gunpoint hotel room heist.

Well, if they don’t, there is no hope that O.J. will ever find the real killer on a golf course.
Obama can call the cops who arested him stupid.
If you or I were to pull an armed robbery with a firearm and get the same trial with the same witnesses and the same verdict we would have a snowballs chance in hell of getting a bond on appeal.
I really hope they tell his lawyers “NO!”
A court of Law......not Justice, those two do not go together anymore.
Why? Is there an innocent woman who needs her throat slashed?
I hope the Nevada justice system does NOT release Simpson.
They have him and his cronies ON TAPE/VIDEO entering the casino, going down the hallway, entering the elevator, exiting the elevator, going down the hallway to the room and entering the room of the man that they threatened. All of this is on the CASINO security cameras.
ANYONE who has ever spent a single minute inside a casino of any size knows that there are security cameras EVERYWHERE.
The man who they threatened had been given a heads up that Simpson was trying to “recover” his items. Problem with that “recovery” is that OJ sold/hid many items to keep the Goldman’s from getting them in the lawsuit that they pursued and won after the black jury in Los Angeles aquited him.
Read OJ’s book- “IF I DID IT” and you tell me if he is guilty or not.
It is another indication of Simpson’s hubris and valuation of his own self-worth that he thinks he should stand a single chance to be released. He has whined since he was put in his cell about no large screen color HDTV, private showers, food, etc, etc. BOO HOO!!
This was not a He said- He said trial. Simpson was shown in plain sight, doing what he got convicted for. His biggest arguement for a new trial is because “he wasn’t tried by a jury of his peers”.
Since not too many retired NFL murderers live in Las Vegas to put into the jury pool......he got what was there.
Simpson has received more latitude than any other murderer in the country. He deserves to stay in his cell in Lovelock, up the road from me.
Went by the prison on Memorial Day weekend, and gave him the one-finger salute!!!
He still has star power???
First the New Black Panthers skate and now OJ ,,, why don’t we just open our jails and release all the black political prisoners in our prisons . Stupid cops put them there,,, right ?
Black is becoming untouchable. At least when the profile is high.
