My take on the court submitted “copy” is that Orly T has that document (Kenya colb) in her possession and wants authentication by seeing the "original" which would be in Birth records in Kenya or the UK, hence the motion refers to HillarySOS .... Orly's motion would have been thrown out by now if she just gave a photograph and didn’t prove she had an actual document, right?

I thought this was an exhibit photo and Taz actually had a physical document.

Little shocked it would be filed with the court without the certified copy.
