Something is seriously wrong with this. The one I downloaded from Scribbed and from Orly’s site has EF and the 44 registration number.

I just checked her site and that is what she has up....

I tried to view the document image on Dr. Orly's site early on in the long thread, but could not access the image. I finally got a copy of the scribd image. That would have been at 0509 CDT on Aug. 2, 03:09 PDT. That image has a clear E.F. Lavender, and the 47O44 document number.

There were numerous malware alerts that different FR posters got trying to access Dr. Orly's site, the image may have been tampered with during that time frame.
